CASE STUDY
The homeowners had a firm move-in deadline of the 4th of July, with modules scheduled to set on April 15th — leaving 80 days between set day and occupancy.
To hit the date, we could tighten foundation QC to guarantee a clean set, run every site trade — grading, septic, well, water filtration, and final finishes — in parallel rather than in sequence, and stress-test the home before final walk-through to compress the punch list.
We did all three. Foundation tolerances were verified before the modules left the factory, every trade ran concurrently under one schedule, and the home was pre-tested so the punch list stayed short and predictable.
Certificate of Occupancy issued June 27th — a week ahead of schedule. Total build time: 73 days from set.
